Ingredients:

  • Pork fillet - 1 kg
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Beer - 1/2 cup
  • Flour - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Oil - for batter
  • Sweet and sour sauce - for watering

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. First make the batter. Mix the egg with the beer, salt and pepper.
