Ingredients
Barbecue:
- Chicken breast fillets - 1 kg
- Young zucchini - 1 pc.
- Strong small fleshy tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Barbecue sauce Jack Daniels - any good alternative sauce BBQ - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Large sea salt
- Onions - 1 pc.
for garnish:
- Cabbage - 500 g
- Large carrots - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Barbecue marinade from
- Chicken broth - 100 ml
Preparation:
1 onion, garlic, salt, pepper, ground to a pulp in the processor. Or grate the onion and garlic on a small grater and mix with salt and pepper. Add barbecue sauce, mix well. Cut chicken and marinate in the sauce a couple of hours. Zucchini and tomatoes cut into rings. Skewered meat, alternating with vegetables on skewers.
