Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Sugar - ¾ tsp
  • Margarine - 150 g
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Freshly brewed coffee - ½ cup
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • Walnut nutmeg powder - ½ tsp
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp

Preparation:

1. Whip the melted margarine with sugar and eggs.

2. Add a little flour with baking powder (can be replaced with 0.5 teaspoon of hydrated soda), flavors and strong coffee (2 teaspoons half a cup of boiling water on).

3. The dough is put into a form that greased and bake 40-45 minutes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
