Ingredients:

  • Trout fillet - 100 g
  • One protein from chicken eggs
  • A few small broccoli florets
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon pepper

Preparation:

1. Fish cut into pieces and put in the bowl of a blender, add protein and mix.
