Ingredients:
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 70 g
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Dried mushrooms - 100 g
- Chicken - 1 kg
Preparation:
1. Chicken (or legs) are cut into portions. Better to remove skins and cook. Place the portions in a large saucepan, cover with sour cream and water, bring to a boil and then cast a glass of liquid.2. After that, put mushrooms and the water in which they are macerated. Simmer on low heat until the meat is cooked.
3. Finely chop the onion and cook it in a separate pan until tender in butter.
4. 2 tablespoons flour gradually, stirring all the time to avoid lumps, then cooled to dissolve some water with sour cream (the one that we were separated at the beginning of cooking).
5. When the chicken is ready, enter the onions and flour thickener, mix and allow to boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
