Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Onion (large or stalk leek) - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Soft cheese (cream Milkana, 2 packages) - 250 g
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 liter
Preparation:
1. Prepare the food, wash and peel the vegetables. Mushrooms cut into thin slices.
2. Potatoes and carrots cut into small cubes.
3. Onions finely chop.
4. In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water, add the vegetables and cook until done in 15 minutes.
5. While the vegetables are cooked, fry in vegetable oil mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
6. Cheese cut into cubes.
7. Ready to whip together vegetables with broth in a blender to puree the state uniform.
8. Return the puree to the saucepan, add the cheese and stir until it is dissolved.
9. Lower the mushrooms and onions in the soup, salt and pepper to taste and bring soup to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
