Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 1-2 pieces.
- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1/2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Melted cheese "soup" - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons
- Salt, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley.
Preparation:
1 chicken breast cut into medium-sized pieces, then put in a boiling salted water (600-700 ml) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
2. Potatoes cut into cubes, add to the chicken.
3. Carrots cut into medium-sized pieces, onion - similarly. In a frying pan heat the oil, onions and carrots (they should lightly fry).
4. Pour in the soup simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
5. Cheese Soup (with processed cheese) with chicken. Curds add to the finished soup, mix thoroughly until completely dissolved (cheese easier to cut into several pieces). Add spices and herbs.
