Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Stalk leek - 1 pc.
- Cream - 400 ml
- Sprigs of dill - 2-3 pcs.
- Feathers green onions - 2-3 pieces.
- Spicy mustard - 1 tbsp
- Thyme - a pinch
- Salt and pepper - a pinch
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 180°C.
2. Fillet release from the skin. Rub both sides with salt and pepper, brush with mustard, sprinkle with thyme and put in a greased form.
3. Leek cut into slices, then until softened butter. Share on fish. Top cover tomatoes circles. Pour the warm cream and send it in the oven for 30 minutes.
4. Remove, let stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve. Ideal with potatoes or asparagus.
