Dietary Cake With Yoghurt Mousse And Jelly Cherry Recipe |
Ingredients:
Biscuit:
- Proteins room temperature - 3 pcs.
- Small sugar - 1/4 cup
- Flour - 1/4 cup
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp
- Cherry juice - 2 tbsp
Jelly:
- Pitted cherries - 200 g
- Dry red wine - 1/3 cup
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Thyme - 3-4 sprigs
- Gelatin - 5 g
Yoghurt mousse:
- Low-fat yogurt - 250 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Gelatin - 7 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp
Preparations:
1. Put Gelatin in milk to swell. Mix yogurt with honey, gelatin, bring to a boil and add to the yogurt.2. Whisking 15 minutes at medium speed of mixer (I recommend to measure the time that there was no temptation to stop beating before) - weight should thicken slightly and increase in volume.
3. Put mousse on top of the jelly, smooth, lay on top of sponge cake, lightly press. Put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
