Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh or shin - 1.5 kg
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Potatoes (preferably small) - 500 g
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Crushed rosemary - 2 tsp
- Chopped fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
- Green olives - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - ½ cup
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
1. Chicken must marinate with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Pour the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the chicken in it over high heat on both sides until golden brown about 2 minutes.
