Ingredients:
- Fillet of grilled eel - 250 g
- Water - 450 mL
- Cream 20% - 350 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp
- Leeks - 0.5 pc.
- Sushi rice - 90 g
- Dry fish broth "Hondashi" - 2 tsp
- Algae Wakame - 1/3 Glass
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, pour the water and set on fire. When it boils, add the fish broth "Hondashi" and we salt it, cook the broth for 3-4 minutes. Add the cream, when the liquid boils, diminish the fire. Eel fillets cut into small pieces and put in a broth. Now you should try the soup.
2. Sushi boil until cooked according to instructions and just lay out in a saucepan.
3. Add the sliced leek half rings, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes still, remove from heat.
4. Algae pre-soaked in boiling water in a la carte dishes. When they swell, pour the soup ready for them.
