Ingredients:

  • Noodles (egg) - 200 g
  • Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Maize (mini) - 125 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Bean sprouts - 150g
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime (juice) - 1/2 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
  • Chile (dried flakes) - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander (fresh, sliced) - 4 tbsp
  • Green onions - 4 pen
  • Peanuts (roasted) - 40 g





Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Boil the noodles according to package directions. Cut into julienne carrots.

3. Chop the onion, cut the ears of baby corn along.

4. wok frying pan heat the oil. Within 1 minute, saute onion, add the crushed garlic, corn and carrots. Fry all of 2 minutes.

5. Add the ready noodles, stir. Add bean sprouts. To prepare the sauce mix in another container of soy sauce, lime juice, powdered sugar, dried chili flakes, some green onions and coriander.

6. Arrange the salad on plates, sprinkle with roasted nuts and remaining herbs, pour the sauce.
