Ingredients:
- Classical mozzarella 250 g
- Chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes - 350 g
- Leeks - 100 g
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Thyme (thyme) - 4 sprigs
- Tarragon - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Wine vinegar - 5 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 7 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Garlic finely chop, chop the red onion slices, leeks - rings.
2. In a large ovenproof pan wide fold tomatoes, garlic, red onion, leek, thyme, tarragon and sugar.
3. Season with salt and pepper, pour all the wine vinegar, half the olive oil and mix.
4. Place in a preheated oven at 220-230 C for 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cut the chicken in half lengthwise, slightly repel, salt and pepper.
6. Cut mozzarella into thin slices.
7. For each piece of chicken lay a pair of slices of mozzarella, however skewer or tie thread. 8. Fry in the remaining olive oil until golden brown.
9. Remove the vegetables from the form and place it in the chicken rolls.
10. Reduce the temperature to 200° C and return the form in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
