Ingredients:
- Ground pork - 450 g
- Ground beef - 450 g
- Broth - 100 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Grated cheese - 100g
- Bay leaf - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive Oil - 30 ml
- Bread crumbs or crackers - 70 g
- A mixture of Italian herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- A mixture of pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Make minced pork and beef.
2. Mix the pork and ground beef.
3. Add the bread crumbs or crackers.
4. Add all the spices and garlic.
