Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet shin - 500 g
- Pasta "Fafalle" - 350 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Olive oil - 30 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste and desire
- Lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Chicken wash and cut into small pieces.
2. On the frying pan melt the butter, add the olive oil and fry the fillets for about 10 minutes.
3. Pour into pan with meat soy sauce. Then add the honey.
4. Thoroughly stir and simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, tasting. Add salt if necessary, followed by lemon juice.
5. While preparing the meat sauce, cook the farfalle. Water in a saucepan bring to a boil, add salt and toss the pasta there. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain the water from the pasta in a colander and let drain all the liquid.
6. Ready farfalle add to the pan with the sauce. If it is very thick - add a little water (about 50 ml). Simmer 3 minutes.
7. Everything is ready! Delicious pasta bring to the table in the form of heat.
