Ingredients:

  • Pear durum - 3 pcs.
  • Berry jam - 6 tsp
  • natural vanilla

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180 C.

2. Wash pears and cut in half lengthwise, remove the core.

3. Put the pears in half a refractory form, into the recess in the middle of putting a spoonful of cranberry jam, sprinkle with vanilla.

4. Cover with foil and bake shaped pears in the oven until tender about 30-40 minutes.
