Ingredients:
- Salmon - 500 g
- Orange - 1 pc.
- -2 Tablespoons orange marmalade
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Coriander (ground) - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds (seeds) for dusting
Preparation:
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
2. Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander.
3. Put the fish a la carte pieces in a baking dish and pour the marinade.
4. Leave for half an hour.

5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and place in a preheated oven 180ᵒ C for 15 minutes.
6. Serve the fish hot with your favorite side dish.
