Ingredients:

  • Pork fillet - 400 g
  • Prunes - 100 g
  • Beer - 150 ml
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Pork chop into small pieces. Prunes cut into strips.

2. In vegetable oil fry the pork, then pour the beer, add spices and salt and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If beer is evaporated before, you can still add. Then add the prunes and simmer another 15-20 minutes.
