Ingredients:
- Tomato, cut into circles - 3 pcs.
- Corn flour - 1 cup
- Sour cream - 3/4 cup
- Grated hard cheese - 1 cup
- Cooked corn kernels - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 2/3 cup
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Melted butter - 6 tbsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix the corn flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another container, mix milk, sour cream, corn grain and oil, then add to the mix the dry ingredients, 1/2 cup cheese and chop everything in a blender or food processor. The dough is ready.
2. Take the pan, brush it with oil and pour the batter, sprinkle cheese on top and place slices of tomatoes. And sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 1 hour (approximately). Remove the cake from the oven with tomatoes and let stand 10 minutes it before serving.
