Pie Khachapuri Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 100 g
  • Cottage cheese - 125 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Suluguni - 300-350 g
  • Sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves








Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Butter rub on a coarse grater. Add the cheese and mix gently with a spoon.

3. Add the egg and mix again slightly.

4. Flour mixed with baking soda, sugar and salt and combine with butter and cheese.

5. A rather steep oily dough. For 10 minutes it can be put in the fridge.

6. Connect frayed cheese (you can also use cheese), sour cream, egg and garlic (finely chopped). Mix thoroughly.

7. Divide dough into two equal parts. Form grease with vegetable oil. The first part of the test lay hands on the bottom and stretch it - it turns out quite thin layer.

8. Put the stuffing.

9. To make the top layer of dough, stretch it first hand on a floured plate and then carefully cover them stuffing. Preheat the oven to 180-190ᵒ C and send our cake for 30 minutes.

10. After this time, remove the cake from the oven and let cool in the right form.
