Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (turkey meat or beef) - 150 g
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 2 pcs.
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • Cashews - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation:


1. Chicken (in my version I took beef) boil, remove from the pan. Broth.

2. Boil the rice separately until tender.

3. Onions, carrots, chili peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes and simmer for 5-7 minutes in olive oil.

4. In the finished soup add boiled rice, steamed vegetables, chicken and crushed cashews. Salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Boil for about 5 minutes.
