Ingredients:

  • White onion (finely chopped) - 1 cup
  • Red pepper flakes - 60 g
  • Zucchini - 60 g
  • Jalapeno (crushed) - 0.5 cups
  • Slices of boiled turkey - 500 g
  • Beans - 430 g
  • Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Ranch dressing - 30 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Tortilla - 10 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 100 g
  • Mexican cheese (grated) - 280 g




Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 175 C.

2. In a large bowl put out the onions, peppers, zucchini and jalapeno. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the turkey. Cook 8-10 minutes.

3. Add beans, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Leave extinguished.

4. While all extinguished, lay on the bottom halves of the dish tortillas. Spoon half of the mixture into your tortillas, cover with cheese, then - another layer of tortillas.

5. shift the remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Decorate all the tomatoes.

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, without closing the lid.
