Ingredients:
- Duck drumstick (medium size) - 1 pc.
- Honey - 20 g
- Salt and pepper
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 g
- Olive oil - 10 g
- Kumquat (or other citrus fruit) - 30 g
- Cranberry (s / m) - 10 g
- Sugar - 5 g
- Water
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Duck leg process and remove the second bone.
