Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast - 200 g
- Cucumber - 150 g
- Marinated mushrooms - 150 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise or sour cream - to taste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives or other herbs - to taste
Preparation:
1. Mushrooms cut into slices of medium size, onion finely chopped, lightly fried, cool.
2. Smoked chicken breast and cucumber cut into thin strips, eggs grate on a medium grater, chop the greens.
3. Put the layers from bottom to top: first layer - chicken,Second layer - cucumber,third layer - mushrooms and onions, fourth layer - greens,
fifth layer - eggs.
4. Fluff seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Decorate as desired.
