Chicken Curry With Apples Recipe |
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 400-500 g
- Apples - 2-3 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Frozen green peas - 1/2 Art.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Curry (powder) - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. In a wide pan with high sides to pour olive oil, heat, add the curry powder and cumin, stir and warm for 1 minute. Add sliced into pieces and fry the chicken until cooked.
2. Put on a plate.
3. Apples wash, dry and cut into slices.
4. In a frying pan, where roasted chicken, add the apples and onion, cut into half rings. Fry for 5 minutes.
5. Return to the pan chicken.
6. Dried apricots wash, dry and also add to the pan.
7. Add green peas, pour 0.5 cups of water (broth), add salt, pepper, stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Put on a plate. It is fragrant and very tasty curry I served with rice.
