- Flour - 95 g
- Buckwheat flour - 90 g
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Sugar, sand - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 1/3 tsp
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cow milk - 300 ml
- Chocolate Flakes - 85 g
- Blueberry jam - to taste
Preparation:
1. In a large deep bowl whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Make a hole in the center and add egg, milk and butter. Stir. Add the chocolate chips.
2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased pan and cook flat each side until golden brown. Serve with blueberry jam.
