Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 250 g
- Tomatoes - 180 g
- Green onion - 80 g
- Grated cheese - 25 grams
- Flour - 90 g
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 hours.
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2. Place in a baking dish combining layers zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix until smooth flour, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour the vegetable mixture.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
