Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 100 g
- Olive Oil - 60 ml
- Sweet red pepper - ½ pc.
- Green bell pepper - ½ pc.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - ¼ tsp
- Tomatoes - 200g
- Frozen corn - 100 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Parsley - 20g
Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
2. Multi-colored pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
3. Add to the pan pepper, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
4. After another 5 minutes, add the diced tomatoes and corn.
5. In a separate bowl, beat lightly with a fork eggs with chopped fresh herbs and salt.
6. When the potato is tender, pour the eggs into the pan. Next, put in a hot oven (200 degrees) for a few minutes or fry on the stove on low heat.
7. Serve hot or cold.
