Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Mushrooms (dried) - 1 tbsp.
- Milk - 1 tbsp.
- A mixture of white and wild rice - 1/4 Art.
- Onions - 1 head
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Butter - 10 g
- Dill - 1/2 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Potatoes cut into strips and rinse thoroughly to "clear water." Put to boil over medium heat.
