Ingredients (in two batches)
- Salmon fillet - 200 g
- Cod fillet - 200 g
- Mussels - 100 g
- Shrimp peeled - 100 g
- Dry white wine - 250 ml
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Wheat flour - 3 tablespoons
- Cream (the fatter the better) - 150 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Saffron - to taste
- Bay leaves - to taste
- White pepper powder - to taste
- Leeks - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. Boil shrimp and mussels in white wine, take out, put aside and express broth.
