Ingredients (in two batches)

  • Salmon fillet - 200 g
  • Cod fillet - 200 g
  • Mussels - 100 g
  • Shrimp peeled - 100 g
  • Dry white wine - 250 ml
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Wheat flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Cream (the fatter the better) - 150 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Saffron - to taste
  • Bay leaves - to taste
  • White pepper powder - to taste
  • Leeks - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Boil shrimp and mussels in white wine, take out, put aside and express broth.

2. Mix the melted butter with the flour and add them to the broth.

3. Pour the cream and to the same liter of hot boiling water, cook for another 20 minutes on low heat.

4. We cut fillets of salmon and cod, is lowered into the broth.

5. Lightly fry in butter carrots, cut into strips.

6. Add the saffron and bay leaf, salt and pepper. Within a few minutes until cooked put the broth seafood and fried vegetables.

7. Add the chopped leek - the dish is ready.
