Tuna Steak Under The Kiwi Salsa And Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 tuna steak 125-150 g
- 1 kiwi
- 1 avocado
- 2 bunch green onions
- 4-5 mint leaves
- a small bunch of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- juice of half a lime
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- salt and pepper
- sliced coconut (optional for decoration)
Preparation:
Peel and finely chop the kiwi and avocado. Put in a bowl. Finely chop the onion, mint, parsley and rosemary and also add to the bowl. In a separate container, mix the vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper (to taste). Stir this mixture and season with kiwi and avocado. Whisk the blender and leave on time. Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a hot skillet steak and fry on both sides until golden brown (1-2 minutes per side).
