Appetizer With Blue Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 200 g of a blue cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 60 g of butter at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
- 30 red grapes, cut in half
Preparation:
Teaspoon of oil over medium heat, melt in a saucepan. Fry nuts thereon to brownish about 3-4 minutes.Remove from heat, cool and chop.
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, 60 g butter, brandy and pepper. Try and add salt to taste
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
Blind from the cooled mass of 60 small balls. Each roll in nuts.

To feed on skewers or toothpicks 1 Push cheese balls and half a grape. Let stand at room temperature for at least 5 minutes.
