Ingredients: 

4 servings 
  • 900 g large potatoes, each cut into 9 slices 
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil 
  • 125 g flour + a little extra 
  • ½ hour. L. salt 
  • 1 egg 
  • 150 ml of pale ale 
  • 4 × 200-225 g fillets of Pacific cod 
  • Vegetable oil for frying 
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise 
  • 4 tbsp. l. yogurt (if any - in Greek) 
  • 25 g chopped gherkins 
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped capers 
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped parsley or chives 
  • Ground black pepper 

How to cook: 

Preheat oven to 200 ° C (if the oven with convection - up to 180 ° C). Place the potato wedges in a large saucepan and add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the potatoes will become golden brown and will not become crispy. Turn the slices once after 20 minutes.
