Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 medium carcasses mackerel (about 300 g each)
- 1.2 kg of potato
- 2 limes (I have 1 large lemon)
- 2 small hot pepper
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 4 tablespoons olive or sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
How to cook:
Potatoes cut into quarters (if using small - can be left as is). Welded in salted water until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain the water.Remove seeds from peppers. Put the peppers in a blender bowl in place with garlic, spices and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Ground into a puree.
The fish is coated with salt and spicy mixture of inside and outside. Put in a baking dish.
Around the fish decompose potatoes and sliced limes into quarters, lubricates the remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, until cooked potatoes.
When feeding on fish squeezing the juice out of limes.
Of course, the mackerel - it's not salmon, but also quite decent Seafood Recipes in my opinion. And a rather unusual recipe, the fish is not very spicy, but spicy. :)
I liked. And yet it was somehow difficult to photograph that Seafood Recipes, still baking easier to photograph me. :)
But nothing, I will learn. :)
