Pasta With Smoked Salmon And Avocado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250 g of rice or soybean noodle
- half an avocado, cut into
- 1-2 teaspoons sesame
- 100 g smoked salmon
- bunch green onions
- 1.5 tablespoons
- sesame oil
- rice wine
- lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cm of finely chopped ginger
How to cook:
All the ingredients for the sauce, mix and leave to infuse.Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Then mix it with half the sauce, mix and arrange on plates.
Top with sliced avocado, salmon.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions.
Optionally, you can sprinkle on top of the rest of the sauce.
