Ingredients:
- Pike - 500 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Carrot - 150 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Allspice - 5 pcs.
- Cloves - 5 pieces.
- Salt - to taste
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Green Peas - to taste
- Cranberries - to taste
- Lemon - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
How to cook:
Onion and carrot peel and coarsely chop. Soak gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour. Clean the fish, remove the gills, the head is not cut off.Put in a pan fish, onions, carrots, bay leaf, cloves, pepper and salt. Pour 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Hot broth, gelatin shoot forth therein.
In portioned molds, pour the broth at a height of 3-4 mm. Put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
On the frozen jelly lay figures of boiled eggs, greens, peas, cranberries. Pour the broth so that the liquid barely covers the ingredients. Again in the fridge to freeze (30 minutes).
Fish separate from the bones and place on jelly. Remaining broth slightly warm when it hardens, and pour on the fish. Put in refrigerator until completely freezing (at night).
When serving, remove the filler, gently inverting the molds on a dish. Garnish with lemon slices.
