Spicy Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, thinly cut into strips
- half medium onion, thinly cut into strips
- finely chopped green onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- half cup of hot pepper powder
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
Put all the vegetables in a large airtight container.In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. They pour the vegetables and hands (with gloves) or spoon mix everything thoroughly. Serve immediately or leave to marinate for a few hours.
