Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 shallots or 2 tablespoons onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, squeeze
  • 1 / 4-1 / 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (can be more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 280 g frozen green peas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 225 g sliced mushrooms
  • 450 g fettuccine pasta
  • fresh parsley
  • 22 peeled shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
Fettucine Alfredo With Shrimp, Mushrooms And Sauce Cauliflower Recipe

How to cook:

1) Cabbage finely chop and place in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes until cooked (cabbage is tender). Remove from heat and drain, but leave a little water in which boiled cabbage.
2) Melt the butter over medium-high heat and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Pour in the cream and sprinkle in the Parmesan. Stir and bring to a boil. Then hold literally a minute until the cheese is melted and remove from heat.
3) In a blender, whip the cabbage cooked with sauce until smooth creamy mass. You can add more cream or water in which boiled cabbage, if the sauce is too thick. Pour the sauce into a large pan, add salt, pepper to taste, add the nutmeg. Close the lid and try to keep the sauce warm.
4) In a separate pan, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat and saute the mushrooms on it. Season with salt and pepper.
5) Boil in boiling water peas for 5 minutes.
6) Boil in accordance with the instructions to the pasta al dente state. Drain.
7) Mix the pasta with the sauce and peas. Mix and place over medium heat. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese and parsley. Top with cooked shrimp (recipe below)

shrimp:

1) Wash and clean the prawns.
2) In a medium bowl, mix all the spices and shrimp roll in them.
3) Heat the olive oil on high heat saute shrimp on them from all sides until they are red or pink.
