This fish is very juicy, tender and very tasty. Fish can take any, I prefer salmon.

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets (number one chooses individually)
  • Vegetables, which are in stock
  • I have carrots, repch. onions, eggplant
  • half a lemon
  • Spices, salt and seasoning to taste
  • Sour Cream 200 - 300 g (depending on the number of fish)

How to cook:

Filet wash, dry paper towel or cloth. Salt and pepper (I use for fish and lemon pepper mixture of peppers), sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with a little dry dill and leave it until the ready-made vegetable coat.
Vegetables Peel carrots rubbed on a coarse grater, onion half rings. Eggplant with salt and leave for a few minutes to the bitterness is gone, then rinse under water and cut into strips. Fry the carrots first, then add the onion. Slightly fry the mixture and add the eggplant. Add a little salt, add a mixture of grasses, suitable for fish. I add a little oregano. Then simmered vegetables until soft. Then lay them on the fish. Pour on top of cream and send in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes
