Ingredients:
For 4 servings:- 2 large Bulgarian pepper,
- 200-300 grams of minced meat,
- 1 tomato,
- a piece of cheese for sprinkling herbs.
Preparation:
Sweet bell peppers cut into two halves and clean the seed.Stuffed pepper halves prepared as usual minced meat.
Tomato cut into slices and pepper on top of each slice of tomato stuffing spread.
Liberally sprinkle with grated cheese.
Send in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
The finished dish sprinkle with herbs. You can apply for garnish rice, small potatoes.
