Ingredients:

  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 250 g pork mince
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml beef or vegetable broth
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pod pepper, chili (or dry crushed to taste)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • a pinch of cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • flour for sprinkling
  • oil for frying
For the sauce:
  • Bank 400 g peeled canned in tomato juice (or 500 grams of fresh ripe, in season)
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • pinch of saffron
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley for sprinkling

How to cook:

PS: wine may be water or milk.
