Orange Tuna With Drunken Pear Recipe

Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh tuna (2 steaks)
- 150 ml of white wine
- 1 medium orange
- 1 large pear conference (or other variety is stronger)
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- pinch of nutmeg
- ground black pepper
- arugula
How to cook:
Squeeze the juice from the orange, mixed with 100 ml of white wine and olive oil.My steaks, and laid in a pickle mixture at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
Preheat oven to 180 °.
We get the steaks from the marinade, lightly pepper, wrap in foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Pear cut in half after - each half into thin slices.
Warms to 50 ml of white wine with a pinch of nutmeg.
Put pears flat side down, cover with a lid.
Bates heat to medium, simmer until tender pears.
We serve with fresh arugula crispy!
