  • 1 large pear conference (or other variety is stronger)
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • ground black pepper

How to cook:

Squeeze the juice from the orange, mixed with 100 ml of white wine and olive oil.
My steaks, and laid in a pickle mixture at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Bates heat to medium, simmer until tender pears.
We serve with fresh arugula crispy!
