Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes 680 g
- Olive oil 5 tablespoons. l.
- Garlic 2 tooth.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Pine nuts (stone pine) 0.3 Art.
- Spaghetti 280 g
- Mozzarella 110 g
- Basil leaves 10 pcs.
How to cook:
Preheat oven to 150°C. Cover the baking sheet with foil.Cut the tomatoes in half and place on baking sheet. Grind the garlic and put on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Bake for about 2 hours, until tomatoes will shrink.
Put the pine nuts on a small pan. Fry on medium-high heat for a few minutes.
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente state.
Put pasta with tongs to a serving dish.
Add roasted tomatoes, nuts, fresh tomatoes, diced mozzarella, basil and remaining oil.
Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
