How to cook:
This recipe comes from Rome. Very tasty combination of typical Mediterranean products! The most important thing here - gently stir the sauce to the fish pieces remained intact. Slice the tomatoes by small cubes.Crush olives. You can also cut them into 2 halves.
Clear fish from the bones and the skin.
Finely chopped parsley.
On medium heat, heat the oil and fry for 2 minutes, finely chopped garlic.
Add the fish, cut into large chunks. Fry it until it is lightly browned, trying to keep the pieces intact.
Salt and pepper and add the wine. Can be put in parallel to cook spaghetti. When the wine is almost evaporated, add the tomatoes.
Simmer all for 10 minutes, then add the capers.
Then the olives and parsley and mix well, again very carefully so as not to turn the fish in sauce! Let the juice has evaporated a bit and you can shoot!
Carefully spread on pasta.
