Ingredients:
Sauces Pesto:- 20 g chopped parsley
- 5 g of chopped tarragon
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted pistachios
- 5 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Skewer:
- 24 large shrimp, peel
- 24 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- green onions (12 pens)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- lemon slices
Preparation:
For the sauce: whisk all ingredients in a blender (except water) together, adding them gradually.Set aside 1/3 cup of the sauce in a small bowl to lubricate the front grill kebabs. Put the rest of the pesto into a bowl and add water. This need for lubrication kebab after frying.
Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. All the vegetables cut into small pieces. You should get 24 pieces of each vegetable.
