Ingredients:
Base:- 1.25 cups flour
- pinch of salt
- 8 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 ripe pears solid, cut and clean
- peel of 1 orange, cut by a slicer
- half vanilla pod
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar

How to cook:
