Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 300 g bulgur
- 1 medium chicken (about 1 kg)
- 2 medium onions
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large ripe tomato
- salt
How to cook:
1) In a deep skillet heat the vegetable oil. Pour bulgur and mix it with oil. Pour 3 cups of hot water, cover and cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.2) Wash the chicken, cut into small pieces. In a separate pan heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces in it until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
3) Onions cleaned, cut into half rings. Wash peppers, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Wash tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Add the vegetables to the chicken, salt to taste and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes).
4) When a table to put on each plate bulgur, and on it - chicken with vegetables.
