Ingredients:
- 450 g peeled shrimp
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 7 tablespoons melted butter
- 120 g of hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt and spices
- 1 large avocado, peel
- 120g Greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 clove of garlic, squeeze
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 baguette
- salad
- 110 g of a blue cheese
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, hot sauce and salt. Toss. In a separate bowl Put the prepared shrimp and toss them with 2 tablespoons of the sauce and olive oil. Set aside for a while. Save the rest of the sauce.Cook the sauce, mix all ingredients in a blender. Whisk until smooth. Season with salt to taste optional.
Heat a grill or grill pan. Fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes on both sides until shrimp turn pink on. Remove from the grill and mix them with a few tablespoons of the remaining sauce. Leave a little more sauce to sprinkle them ready sandwich.
Preheat the broiler. Cut the baguette into 4 pieces. Put them directly on the grill and cook under the broiler until brown about 2 minutes. Remove baguettes oven and cut them lengthwise.
Each baguette apply Ranch avocado, top with lettuce, a little cheese, drizzle sauce left. Pour over shrimp. If desired, you can sprinkle with extra spicy avocado ranch or hot sauce. Return has now finished sandwiches in the oven under the broiler for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Close the baguette and serve.
