Ingredients:
- green onions
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Smoked Salmon 250g
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- cucumber 1 piece.
- 1 loaf of rye bread
- Cream cheese 350 g
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon dill
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
Cake with smoked salmon, cream cheese and rye bread on prescription Martha Stewart. In a food processor or blender, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.Chop the capers. Add the cheese mix the lemon juice, capers, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut the crusts from the bread and add the slices in two layers. Spread the cheese mixture.
Cut thin slices of cucumber.
Put them on top of the cheese.
Behind lay thin slices of salmon.
Repeat this several times.
Now spread the finished cake cheese mixture. Decorate rosettes of salmon.
Pattern the greens. Allow to soak and serve!
