Ingredients:

  • 500 g pink salmon fillet
  • 150 g of cheese 
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Mayonnaise

How to cook:

1. Cut the pink salmon in small portions.
2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
3. Put the fish in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
4. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Place the pink salmon bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
